Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to clinic with Advanced level event rider Emily Beshear! Emily first made waves in
the eventing world by becoming the youngest rider to have ever competed at the Advanced level at the Rolex
Kentucky Three-Day Event. She has subsequently been named to the United States Equestrian Federation’s
Developing Rider Performance list on five separate occasions and she has won countless numbers of individual
competitions.
Emily has been champion or reserve champion at the American Eventing Championships (US National
Championships) and she won the Morven Park CCI* (a popular International competition) two years in a row— an
unprecedented feat!
Emily is a highly sought after coach in Charlottesville , VA where she bases her training and teaching business. She
regularly works with riders at all levels of the sport.
Entries Open: Now Close: May 1
Levels available: Beginner Novice through Preliminary
Group size: 4 or fewer riders per group Ride times: ~2 hours per day, 2 days

clinic, or please provide an e-mail address for your times.)
Cost: $245- Pennyrile Pony Club Members, $275-Non Member, $10/day-Auditor
Format: Saturday will be dressage/stadium. Sunday will be cross country. Satuday there will be an hour for lunch
during which time Emily will have a question/answer session. Sunday we will have a 30 minute lunch period. Bottled
water will be provided on the XC course for all riders and auditors. Each rider can bring 1 person without charge.
Lunch: Will be available on grounds ~ proceeds go to Pennyrile Pony Club
Used Tack Sale and Donations Drop Off: All donations (monetary or otherwise will go to Lori Miller and The Stables
at Sugar Creek. They are an Area 8 event barn who had a tragic fire a few months ago and lost 11 horses, tack,
feed and hay.) Tack sales commissions will be split between Pennyrile and Sugar Creek. If interested in donating or
selling tack please contract Carolyn Ladd 270-257-8508.
